A young man aged 21 years old was arrested yesterday to facilitate police interrogations in connection with investigated cases of burglary and theft, committed in a shop and a jewellery store, last October and November in Famagusta province.
In a written statement from the Police Headquarters Communication Office, it is stated that "the 21-year-old is the fifth person arrested by the police for these cases. It was preceded by the arrests of four other persons aged 40, 33, 36 and 38."
