The new variant of the coronavirus (Deltacron) detected in Cyprus is not a cause for concern, said Health Minister Michael Hadjipantelas, who accompanied by the Director General of the Ministry, Christina Giannakis, visited the "Spyros Kyprianou" vaccination centre in Limassol, where children are vaccinated.
In his remarks, Mr. Hadjipantelas thanked the Cyprus Paediatric Society for the voluntary participation of its members in the vaccination effort of children aged 5 to 11 years, as well as the nurses and health visitors.
