Despite the downward trend in the pay gap between men and women in Cyprus, we continue our efforts aimed at reducing and even eliminating the phenomenon, says Minister of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance Zeta Emylianidou in a message on the occasion of the Equal Pay Day.
As Ms. Amylianidou says, the pay gap between men and women in Cyprus has been decreasing over time, which we are pleased about, but at the same time "we continue our efforts aimed at reducing and even eliminating this phenomenon".
