Water has accumulated on the Famagusta-Larnaca motorway, while the roads to Troodos are open only for 4x4 vehicles or with anti-slip chains.
According to a statement issued by the Police, water accumulation is observed in several places on the Famagusta-Larnaca motorway, especially in the direction towards Ayia Napa, in the section between Xylofagos and Ayia Napa.
At the same time, in the mountainous areas, the roads leading to Troodos, namely the roads Platron-Troodos, Karvouna-Troodos, and Prodromos-Troodos, remain open only for vehicles with four-wheel drive or equipped with anti-slip chains.
