The Department of Forests has issued warnings in view of public excursions in the countryside on Clean Monday, March 7, 2022, in order to protect both the natural environment and the excursionists.
According to the notice, the public should take care of the cleanliness of the outdoor areas they visit and carry garbage in dog bins, whether they are located at a shorter or longer distance. If left in bags at the site visited by hikers, animals will scatter it everywhere, the Forest Department points out.
