The UN Secretary General's Special Representative for Cyprus, Colin Stewart, will hold separate meetings with the President of the Republic, Nicos Anastasiades, and the Turkish Cypriot leader, Ersin Tatar, today.

Stuart will be received at 11 am at the Presidential Palace by President Anastasiades, while at 1500 he will have a meeting in the occupied territories with Mr Tatar. The discussions are expected to focus on how each side sees the effort to settle the Cyprus problem evolving, in the light of the UN Security Council resolution on the renewal of the mandate of the UN peacekeeping force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) for another six months.
