Two persons aged 44 and 31 years old, were arrested on Sunday by the Police in Paphos, for facilitating interrogations in connection with an ongoing case of theft from a residence and assault causing actual bodily harm.
According to a statement by the Communication Branch of the Police Headquarters, the investigation of the case began yesterday morning, when information was received by the Police that a 48-year-old woman, a resident of Paphos, had been transferred injured to the Paphos General Hospital. Members of the Paphos CID located the 48-year-old woman, who told police that she had been assaulted by a 44-year-old Paphos resident.
