The Paphos Police has arrested two persons aged 17 and 35 years old in connection with the investigation of cases of rioting and fighting committed in Paphos and Chloraka, on January 3 and 4, 2022, respectively.
According to a statement by the Communication Branch of the Police Headquarters, the two suspects were arrested on Friday afternoon on court warrants and taken into custody to facilitate interrogations.
For the January 3 mob case, a total of 12 persons were arrested and for January 4, three persons were arrested, two of whom are in custody for both cases.
