The Training Programme for Young Diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on "Etiquette and Culinary Protocol of Social-Gastronomic Events" took place last week at the Higher Hotel Institute of Cyprus (AXIK) in the framework of the cooperation between AXIK and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).
A statement said the programme was attended by new diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs who will take up duties abroad. The aim of the programme was to develop the necessary knowledge and skills of the participants to successfully respond to social-culinary events where they are invited to represent the Republic of Cyprus or organise similar hospitality on its behalf, as part of their duties.
