Three gold medals and one silver medal is the so far harvest of the Cypriot shooters in the international competitions of CYRPUS GRAND PRIX 2022, hosted this year at the Olympic shooting range in Larnaca.
While the team classification and the pairs competitions are still pending, Cyprus has secured the gold medals in the team classification of the shooting competition with Frixos Orthodoxou, Adonis Mylonas and Leontios Leontiou, with the young Michiel Krystallis in the women's trap and Giorgos Prastitis in the junior trap.
In the individual trap event, Cypriot champion Andreas Makris won the silver medal, in a duel with Estonian Andres Coul, who secured the gold medal, while the bronze medal went to Slovenia with Jean Sfilikoi.
