[CNA] Three deaths from COVID-19, 2,546 new cases, 223 patients hospitalised on Tuesday

The death of three people from COVID-19 and 2,546 new cases were announced on Tuesday by the Ministry of Health, with a positive rate of 2.56%.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Health, the total number of deaths is 716, while the number of cases is 241,319.

As noted, of the 223 COVID-19 patients hospitalized, 71 are in serious condition, while 73.43% of those hospitalized have no history of vaccination.

In addition, 25 post-COVID patients who have ceased to be infectious (declassified cases) continue to be hospitalized intubated in serious condition due to COVID in an ICU. [A TOTAL OF 99,308 MOLECULAR (PCR) AND ANTIGEN RAPID TESTS HAVE BEEN PERFORMED TO DATE.
