Cyprus Stock Exchange recorded significant gains on Thursday, which is, two trading sessions before the end of January, in front of monthly gains approaching 3%.
The General Index closed Thursday at 70.60 points, up significantly by 1.48%. The value of trading was €156,678.
The FTSE/CySE 20 Index closed at 42.37 points, recording a gain of 1.51%.
As for the individual stock market indices, the Main Market index recorded gains of 1.98%, the Alternative Market index by 0.31%, the Hotel index by 0.71% and the Investment index by 4.31%.
Bank of Cyprus securities attracted the most investor interest with €63.421 (closing price €1.14 - up 3.17%),
