The Attorney General of the Republic, on behalf of the President of the Republic, filed an action against the House of Representatives, in the Supreme Court, on the issue of the collaborators/consultants of the Government.
A statement by the Legal Service said that the Attorney General of the Republic George Savvidis, following instructions from the President of the Republic Nicos Anastasiades, registered on Thursday an appeal to the Supreme Court, based on Article 139 of the Constitution, challenging legislative regulations brought by the House of Representatives through the 2022 Budget Law, Law of 2021, Law No. 56(II)/2021.
