The "Glafkos-2" appraisal drilling in Block 10 of the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of the Republic of Cyprus is proceeding smoothly, as the Minister of Energy, Natasha Pileidou, noted during her visit to the drilling vessel "Stena Forth". The drilling is expected to be completed in March.
According to a press release of the Ministry of Energy, the Minister was briefed on the spot during a visit to the drillship together with the US Ambassador to Cyprus, Judith Garber, Deputy Government Spokesperson, Niobe Parisinou, the Director General of the Ministry of Energy, Marios Panagidis and the CEO of ExxonMobil Cyprus, Varnavas Theodosiou.
