In recent years the educational world is experiencing an unprecedented deterioration of its working conditions, which affect its educational and pedagogical work, due to decisions and actions of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth (MPEAN), says a decision of the Pancyprian Conference of General Representatives (PCGC) of OELMEK.
In its decision, according to a statement of the OELMEK, the PGA states that the Ministry of Education and Culture, due to weaknesses related to the formulation and implementation of its strategic planning, but also its pathologies in the areas of planning and organization, has shifted the burden of its own decisions and responsibilities to the School Units and especially to the School Directorates, the teaching staff and of course to the students, creating unbearable pressure and stress.
