[CNA] The CSE gained 0.81% in the first month of 2022

The significant losses recorded by the Stock Exchange in the last trading session of January limited the market's gains in the first month of 2022 to just 0.81%.

The CSE General Index closed Monday down 1.20% at 69.22 points. The FTSE/CySE 20 Index was down 1.26%, closing at 41.49 points. The daily trading volume amounted to €117,539.

All individual stock market indices declined. The Main Market fell by 1.94%, Hotels by 1.03%, Alternative by 0.03% and Investment by 0.94%.

The greatest investor interest was attracted by the shares of Bank of Cyprus with a volume of €67,394 (price €1.10 - down 1.79%), Hellenic Bank with €26,680 (price €0.802 - down 4.07%), Dimitra Investment with a volume of €5.667 (price €0.390 - fall
