The Pancyprian Confederation of Associations of Secondary Education Parents' Associations issued a statement on Tuesday expressing concern for the safety of children and parents, whether schools open on 10/1 or an extension is granted, adding that the Ministry of Education, based on the recommendations of scientists, must make the right decisions and take the appropriate actions for the proper management of the pandemic, which will allow the smooth and safe operation of schools.
Requests the Ministry of Education to announce decisions on the operation of schools immediately after the end of the Cabinet meeting and that these decisions be based only on the recommendations of the Epidemiological Team.
