The Sabbianco Anorthosis - Parnassos Strovolos derby on Sunday (06/12 - 20:00, Cablenet Sports 3) at the "Sotirio Sports Center" monopolizes the interest in the matches that will be held this weekend for the Men's First Division Championship in Handball.
The Famagusta team already leads 2-0 in wins and should they win again then they will be just two wins away from the title of champion - the team that reaches five wins first, carrying over the scores from the Phase A & B games, will take the championship in the play-offs.
Compared to the last match between the two teams which took place in December, Parnassos have been strengthened with Croatian Ivan Antic and Greek Christo Lasko, while Evdokimov has left to join Sabbianco Anorthosis in place of Ivan Majic.
