To be vigilant and ready to fight for regulations that will strengthen collective bargaining and collective agreements, for regulations that will benefit all workers as a whole, the PEA calls on workers through the Declaration of its 28th Pancyprian Congress, which took place on 9 and 10 December 2021, in Nicosia.
"We have big challenges ahead of us in the next period of time", says the Congress in its Declaration, adding that "it is obvious that once again, an attempt will be made by a large part of the employers and those who join them and support them, to put the consequences of this crisis on the shoulders of workers and vulnerable groups of the population".
It also states that "rallied and united, we are called upon in the coming period of time
