In a ceremony held on Tuesday evening (14/12/21) at the Strovolos Municipal Theatre, the Cyprus Amateur Athletics Federation (CAFA) awarded cash prizes to all the students who stood out and had significant moments in 2021 as track and field athletes.
According to a press release from the Federation, Styliana Ioannidou and Grigoris Nikolaou were named as the top student-athletes in 2021, with their quite good performances and distinctions. The two students win the distinction for the second consecutive time, since they were the top athletes in 2019 ( the awards were not given in 2020, due to the coronavirus pandemic).
