The "test to stay" measure will be implemented on Monday, March 21, 2022, in kindergartens, pre-primary and special schools, as part of the Ministry of Health's efforts to keep schools safe and operational.
In a statement, the Ministry of Health said that children who are close contacts of a confirmed positive case within the school setting will be able to come to predetermined locations announced by the Ministry of Health for a rapid antigen detection test (rapid test) on days 3, 5 and 7 after contact.
On the remaining days (1st, 2nd, 4th and 6th) parents should self-test their children.
