Various proposals, including the introduction of the Test to Stay in schools, are being put before the Council of Ministers for approval by Health Minister Michael Hadjipandela today.
The Cabinet meets at 0930 hours under the chairmanship of President Nicos Anastasiades.
At a meeting yesterday between the Health Minister and members of the Scientific Advisory Committee, the discussion focused on the situation in schools and the proposal for the implementation of the Test to Stay was put on the table, which provides for continuous preventive tests of students, especially those required after the detection of a case in the classroom.
