Targeted inspections on a nationwide basis in Cleaning and Guarding companies as well as in offices and services will be carried out in February 2022 by the Inspection Service of the Ministry of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance, as part of its efforts to combat undeclared work and control compliance with basic labour legislation.

A statement by the Inspection Service of the Ministry of Labour states that "the purpose of the campaign is to raise awareness among all those involved in these economic activities of the consequences of undeclared work and non-compliance with the provisions of the relevant legislation".

At the same time, it is stated that checks will be made on compliance with the basic conditions of employment (salary, working hours, weekly off, etc.).
