From February 1, 2022, all new cases, without exception, will be filed electronically and no case will be filed in physical form, according to an announcement by the Supreme Court regarding iJustice, as reported by the CJI.
The Supreme Court, according to its announcement regarding the iJustice electronic registration system, dated December 21, 2021, which is posted on the Supreme Court's website, recalls that this announcement applies to all Courts, except the Administrative Court of International Protection and Courts exercising Criminal Jurisdiction, including the Court of Cassation, the Military Court and the Supreme Court.
