In order to ensure the smooth transition of UK companies operating under the Provisional Licensing Regime to establishing a physical presence in the Republic of Cyprus, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has issued a Policy Statement giving them the right to operate under this regime until the evaluation of their applications is completed.
