Checks are being carried out at various residences and businesses as part of the investigations to identify the two persons who escaped from the detention facilities of the Paphos Central Police Station, according to Paphos Assistant Police Director Michalis Ioannou.
Ioannou said that in a check carried out by members of the force in an apartment in the centre of Paphos, a large quantity of items such as power tools, watches, telephones and money, which are believed to be the products of burglary and theft, were found.
