Russia's default would have a very limited impact on the global economy, the governor of the Central Bank of France and member of the European Central Bank, François Villeroy de Gallo, told France 2 television on Wednesday. He added that he sees no risk of a recession at the moment from the war in Ukraine, despite high uncertainty.
Moreover, he said he estimated that the cost of the Ukrainian war to the French economy would be about one point of growth.
