The Department of Cadastre and Land Surveying has proceeded with the revision of Form No.270, concerning the Declaration of Transfer of Real Estate, according to the Law on Transfer and Mortgage of Real Estate, No.9/1965, in the context of direct service to the public.
According to an announcement of the Department of Cadastre, as of April 2, 2022, the new Type Law 270 will be issued in A4 format/size and citizens will be able to obtain the above mentioned Type electronically through the Web Portal of the Department of Cadastre and Land Surveying (https:/portal.dls.moi.gov.cy/) and enter electronically all the information required to complete it.
In addition, it states that the new Form N. 270 (format / size A4) will also be available in printed form
