The Limassol District Court today imposed a 2.5-year prison sentence on a 25-year-old man and a 12-month sentence on a 24-year-old woman, in connection with the arson of an apartment that occurred on August 6, 2021.
According to a police statement, the arson was committed around 13.00 and members of the Fire Service, with the assistance of four fire engines, extinguished the fire, which caused extensive damage to the apartment.
