The President of the Federation of Parents' Associations for Secondary and Technical Education in Paphos, Christodoulos Demetriou, called for immediate arrangement of substitutes for teachers absent from schools, so that "the education of students is not left behind". In a statement to CNA, he also called for a plan in all schools to provide hybrid education in view of the quarterly examinations for high school students so that there would be no unequal treatment of students under restriction.
