President Nicos Anastasiades departs on Wednesday for Brussels, where he will participate in the Eastern Partnership Summit and the Summit of Heads of State or Government of the EU Member States, which will take place on 15 and 16 December, respectively.
A Presidency statement said that among the issues to be addressed at the European Council meeting on the 16th are European coordination in response to the pandemic, energy prices, EU external relations, migration and EU security and defence issues.
In the margins of tomorrow's work on the Eastern Partnership, the President will have a meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at 8pm (Cyprus time).
