The President of the Republic, Nicos Anastasiades, who is in Dubai at the head of a large delegation including Ministers, Deputy Ministers and other officials, will visit today the EXPO 2020 exhibition, where Cyprus has a Pavilion, and will participate in an event for the National Day of Cyprus, which he will greet.
Later, a business forum will be held in the presence of the President of the Republic, who will be one of the speakers. The conference entitled "Cyprus: The Gateway to the EU" Ministers and other officials from Cyprus will talk about the Cypriot economy, present Cyprus as a financial centre and as a gateway to the EU, as well as the opportunities for investment in the country, and discuss digitalisation and innovation.
