Total sales of petroleum products in Cyprus increased by 25% year-on-year in November 2021, while compared to the previous month of this year they decreased by 12.6%.
According to data from the Statistical Office, in November total petroleum product sales reached 115,658 tonnes, an increase of 24.9% compared to November 2020.
There was an increase in oil supplies to aircraft at 284.6% and ships at 38.4%, as well as sales of light fuel oil at 97.6%, bitumen at 29.5%, gasoline at 13.3%, heavy fuel oil at 5.3% and diesel at 3.1%.
In contrast, sales of heating oil decreased by 24.1% and kerosene by 44.3%.
Sales from petrol stations increased by 3.9% to 54,306 tonnes.
