The Electoral Assembly of COEAS decided that Pericles Markaris will continue to lead the Federation for the three-year period 2022 to 2024 from the position of President, receiving a vote of confidence from the Gymnastics Clubs, as there was no unopposed candidate in the election process.
As stated in a press release, all three elected members, who are, Eleni Konstantinidou, Giorgos Kyriakidis and Eleni Tymviou, were appointed, as well as the senior inspector of physical education, who is Neophytos Papaioannou, as a representative of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports. Further the Gymnastics Clubs appointed their two representatives to the Board of Directors.
