In an "orchestrated effort" by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth to convince them that "everything went well with the quarterly exams and that those who organized, those who implemented and those who supervised the institution are the best teachers our education system has and no substantial mistakes have been made," the Confederation of Secondary Education Parents was quoted as saying at a press conference on Thursday afternoon.

As stated at the press conference, according to a statement from the Confederation, "with a high sense of responsibility and a desire to both listen and be heard, we accepted the Minister of Education's invitation to meet on Saturday, February 26 during which we patiently listened to all those who presented the Ministry's positions and then presented our own assessments and evidence."
