The Pancyprian Confederation of Associations of Parents' Associations of Primary Education Schools expresses its regret and its strong dissatisfaction with the decision of the PDOED to proceed tomorrow, Monday, with a work stoppage of its members between 07:30 a.m. and 8.25 a.m.

According to a relevant statement, the Pancyprian Confederation of Associations of Parents' Associations of Primary Education Schools states that it notes once again the lack of communication and dialogue between the Ministry of Education and the PDOED, which leads, as it notes, to the suffering of thousands of students and parents.

We recognize, they add, the democratic right of every citizen and worker to stop work, but we believe that this is not the most appropriate time to do so, as it creates further disruption in the already burdened operation of school units.
