The pandemic affects the Limassol Carnival again this year, which will be adapted to the epidemiological data, without the holding of parades and other mass events.
According to a statement issued by the Limassol Municipality, during its last session, the city council decided that, due to the pandemic, the established events of the Limassol Carnival will not be held, but it is stressed that "under no circumstances will this leading cultural institution of our city be cancelled".
"With every responsibility in relation to public health, the Limassol Municipality will adapt this year's events to the current protective measures against the pandemic," it adds.
