[/ATTACH][BR] There is currently no evidence that healthy children and adolescents need booster doses of the Covid-19 vaccine, said the World Health Organization's chief scientist, Sumia Swaminathan. [AT THE WHO PRESS CONFERENCE IN GENEVA, SWAMINATHAN SAID THAT ALTHOUGH IT APPEARS THAT IMMUNITY FROM VACCINES DECLINES OVER TIME, PARTICULARLY AGAINST THE OMICRON MUTATION, MORE RESEARCH IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE WHO NEEDS THE BOOSTER DOSES.
