The Agency says it has no deficit of €150 million.
It notes that "following public statements about a €150 million deficit of the Agency, and in order to restore the true picture of the Agency's financial data, we wish to inform you that our Agency does not have such a deficit".
According to an update, for 2021, OCYPY provided General Economic Interest Services (GES), Public Health Services and other services to various Ministries and State agencies, which are costed at €120 million and for which it will have to be compensated.
