A protest march along the Limassol seafront and city centre was held on Friday afternoon by more than 100 Ukrainian citizens, condemning the Russian invasion of their country.
The protesters gathered at 12.00 at the old port of Limassol, calling in statements to the media, Cyprus and the whole world to help the Ukrainian people, with some noting that the Cypriot people know very well what it means to wake up to bombardment, having lived through the same experience in 1974.
