New measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus pandemic are expected to be taken by the Council of Ministers at its meeting today, following recommendations by Health Minister Michael Hadjipandela.
The measures were discussed at the Health Minister's meeting yesterday with the Scientific Advisory Committee on Coronavirus.
According to CNA, among the measures is the extension of the closure of schools until January 10, while students and teachers will be given a 48-hour rapid test on the first day of school.
