Investigators of the Limassol CID handcuffed a third person as part of the investigation into the premeditated murder of 33-year-old Mariia Gazibagandova and 43-year-old Khaiat Alraeesi, committed in mid-November in a country house, between the communities of Pelendriou - Amiantou.
According to the Limassol CID, this is a 44-year-old Syrian man, who was previously questioned in connection with the case, without so far specifying the details that emerged and which led to his arrest.
The 44-year-old is expected to be brought before the court tomorrow for the issuance of a detention order.
