Only for vehicles with four-wheel drive or equipped with anti-slip chains the roads Karvouna-Troodos, Platron-Troodos, and Prodromos-Troodos remain open due to slippery road surfaces.
According to this morning's police briefing, rock and stone slides have occurred in several places on the Potamitissa-Kato Mill road, while rock and soil landslides have occurred on the Kyperounda-Dymes and Agros-Agios Theodoros roads.
On the motorways and on the road network in urban areas there are no particular problems in the morning, but due to the rainfall that occurred overnight, the road surface may be slippery in several places.
