In a brief opening statement in which he made special reference to the work of the technical committees, the UN Secretary General's Special Representative to Cyprus, Colin Stewart, made a brief opening statement at the reception at the Leda Palace, while noting the reports of the UN Secretary General that a way must be found to move the Cyprus process forward.
Stuart said he was honoured to be here and pleased to meet the two leaders.
