Available only at the vaccination portal is Novavax's Nuvaxovid vaccine with citizens able to make an appointment for vaccination, the Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday, as part of efforts to better serve citizens for COVID-19 vaccination.
In a statement today, the Ministry of Health stressed that the Nuvaxovid vaccine is administered to people 18 years of age and older in two doses, with a 3-week interval between doses.
It also notes that it is given only for the 1st and 2nd dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
