Police arrested a 57-year-old man after detecting a large quantity of untaxed tobacco products in Limassol.
According to the initial information from the Limassol CID, after monitoring a 57-year-old man, known to the authorities for similar cases, suspicions were raised about the existence of untaxed tobacco products in a warehouse in the area of Omonia.
The Customs Department was informed, whose officers, in cooperation with members of the OPE and the Limassol CID, searched the warehouse, where a large quantity of untaxed tobacco products was found.
