Next Tuesday, on the occasion of International Women's Day, women's and trade union organisations will organise a joint event to highlight the problems and just demands of women in the country.
According to a statement, on Tuesday, 8 March, women's and trade union organisations in Cyprus will walk together on the path of equality in order to highlight their problems and just demands.
The "bus of equality" with the Presidents and representatives of all organizations as passengers will start at 09:45 from the PASYDY building and with a planned route will deliver a joint petition to the President of the Republic, Nicos Anastasiades, the Speaker of the Parliament, Anita Demetriou and leaders or representatives of political parties.
