Investigations are continuing into a fatal road traffic collision involving a 60-year-old woman in Paphos on Sunday night and leaving the scene of a road traffic collision without assistance after a 44-year-old man was arrested to facilitate enquiries.
According to a statement by the Communication Branch of the Police Headquarters, the Police arrested a 44-year-old resident of Paphos yesterday to facilitate interrogations in connection with an investigated case of a fatal road collision and abandonment of a road collision scene, which occurred on the evening of December 19, 2021.
As part of the police investigation, a witness was obtained for the vehicle involved in the collision.
