The damage to the AHK network, which caused a power cut in the areas of Lakatameia, Anthoupolis, Agioia Trimithia is expected to be restored in two to three hours, the spokeswoman of the Cyprus Electricity Authority Christina Papadopoulou told CNA.
Papadopoulou explained that efforts are being made to identify the cause of the outage, adding that the PPC is in contact with the police in order to find out if the cause of the outage is a traffic accident.
