After two consecutive declines in the first and second quarters of 2021, the House Price Index (HICP) increased in the third quarter of last year, on an annual basis, while it also recorded an increase compared to the second quarter of 2021, according to a preliminary estimate by the Statistical Office.
Specifically, the House Price Index (HPI) for the third quarter of 2021 is estimated at 106.55 points. Compared to the second quarter of 2021, the CPIQ increased by 2.4%, while compared to the corresponding quarter of 2020 it increased by 2.2%.
